Refund Policy

Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing tickets to any 13 Festivals event

1. License and Revocability

Your ticket or wristband for any 13 Festivals event (including bar crawls, concerts, and affiliated experiences) constitutes a revocable license to attend the event. Admission may be refused, revoked, or limited at any time and for any reason at the discretion of 13 Festivals or participating venues.

All tickets issued by 13 Festivals function as a license to participate in the event. This license grants access to the event and participating venues but does not guarantee the performance, service level, atmosphere, entertainment, specials, or overall experience delivered by independently operated bars or venues. Variations in service, delays, drink shortages, employee behavior, music, or venue conditions do not constitute grounds for a refund.

  • Security concerns
  • Capacity restrictions
  • Age requirements
  • Conduct violations
  • Venue specific restrictions

In such cases, 13 Festivals liability is limited to the face value of the ticket purchased.

2. Venue Restrictions

Each participating bar or venue maintains its own capacity, age, and conduct policies. Entry to a specific venue is not guaranteed even with a valid 13 Festivals wristband.

  • Venues may reach legal occupancy limits
  • Some venues may restrict access based on age
  • Venues may deny entry to previously removed individuals
Important: Wristbands are valid only during a venue’s operating hours and subject to that venue’s policies.

3. Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final. Refunds or credits are only issued in the following limited circumstances:

  • Event canceled and not rescheduled by 13 Festivals
  • Verified duplicate transaction
  • Verified system failure preventing check in
No Refunds For:
  • Incorrect customer provided information
  • Venue capacity or enforcement decisions
  • Personal schedule changes
  • Negative venue experiences

4. Event Modifications

13 Festivals may modify venues, entertainment, routes, or promotions at any time. Changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.

5. Personal Conduct

Disorderly conduct, intoxication, harassment, or failure to comply with staff instructions may result in removal without refund.

6. Force Majeure

  • Weather
  • Government restrictions
  • Public health emergencies
  • Venue decisions
  • Events beyond reasonable control

7. Acknowledgment

  • Tickets are a revocable license
  • Venue performance is not guaranteed
  • All sales are final

Bald Eagle Pub Membership Agreement

I, of my own free will, in good faith, and with full capacity to contract, hereby enter into this Membership Agreement with BALD EAGLE PUB, a Private Membership Association (PMA), and agree to the following terms:

  1. Fees and Payment
    I acknowledge a registration fee of $15.00 USD, along with an ongoing monthly membership fee. I understand that all payments are made under private agreement, and that the use of currency does not create third party obligations under international law.
  2. Governance
    I agree to be bound by the BALD EAGLE PUB Constitution and By Laws, including any future amendments adopted for the mutual benefit of the members and the association.
  3. Non Disclosure Agreement
    I acknowledge that all information obtained within the Association is confidential, pursuant to Article V of the By Laws. Disclosure of any such information to non members is strictly prohibited without written consent from the BALD EAGLE PUB Trustee. I affirm that I may not be legally compelled or coerced by any outside party or agency to disclose such information.
  4. Penalties for Disclosure
    • Voluntary Disclosure: Any willful disclosure of confidential information to a non member shall incur a $20,000,000 (twenty million USD) penalty.
    • Involuntary Disclosure: If information is extracted through coercion or force by a government agent or other party, liability for the same amount transfers to the agent or agency involved.
  5. Security and Membership Intent
    I affirm that I am not acting as an agent of any city, parish, state, or federal entity, nor am I seeking membership for investigative or regulatory purposes. My intent is solely to associate socially with like minded individuals in a safe, private setting.
  6. Age Requirement
    I acknowledge that members consuming alcohol must be at least 21 years of age.
  7. Alcohol Responsibility
    I understand BALD EAGLE PUB does not support alcoholism and encourages any member struggling with alcohol to seek help through Alcoholics Anonymous or similar programs.
  8. No Drinking and Driving
    I agree not to drink and drive. I will surrender my keys, arrange for a designated driver, or use a ride service (Uber, taxi, etc.) to ensure community safety.
  9. Prohibited Activities
    As a family oriented PMA, BALD EAGLE PUB strictly prohibits the following within its premises:
    • Illegal drug use
    • Prostitution
    • Drug distribution
    • Possession or use of illegal weapons
    • Any other illegal or nefarious activity
  10. Code of Conduct
    • Toward Others: Show kindness regardless of others’ behavior; assist those in need when able; respect differing opinions without imposing my own.
    • In Conflict: In violent situations, I will only respond with force if no help is available. I will disengage from hostile arguments to prevent escalation.
Acknowledgment: By seeking entry into Bald Eagle Pub, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this Membership Agreement.
