Refund Policy

1. License and Revocability

Your ticket or wristband for any 13 Festivals event (including bar crawls, concerts, and affiliated experiences) constitutes a revocable license to attend the event. Admission may be refused, revoked, or limited at any time and for any reason at the discretion of 13 Festivals or participating venues, including but not limited to:

All tickets issued by 13 Festivals function as a license to participate in the event. This license grants access to the event and participating venues but does not guarantee the performance, service level, atmosphere, entertainment, specials, or overall experience delivered by independently operated bars or venues. Each venue controls its own staffing, music, drink availability, enforcement, and environment. Variations in service, delays, drink shortages, employee behavior, music, or venue conditions do not constitute grounds for a refund.

Capacity restrictions
Age requirements
Conduct violations
Venue-specific restrictions

In such cases, 13 Festivals' liability is limited to the face value of the ticket purchased.

2. Venue Restrictions

Each participating bar or venue maintains its own capacity, age, and conduct policies. Entry to a specific venue is not guaranteed even with a valid 13 Festivals wristband.

Venues may reach legal occupancy limits as determined by fire marshal regulations or local ordinances
Some venues may restrict access based on age (e.g., 21+)
Venues reserve the right to deny entry to individuals previously banned or removed from their premises

                Important: Your wristband grants access to all participating locations within the hours of operation of those venues, subject to each venue's individual capacity and policies.
            

3. Refunds and Exchanges

All ticket and wristband sales are final. Refunds, credits, or exchanges are only offered in the following limited circumstances:

The entire event is canceled by 13 Festivals and not rescheduled
A duplicate transaction occurred in error (verified by 13 Festivals)
A verified system error prevented you from receiving your ticket and you were not able to check in using your name, phone number, or email address

                No Refunds For:
                Errors resulting from incorrect information entered by the customer
Partial venue access due to capacity limits, private events, or venue enforcement decisions
Personal schedule changes or inability to attend
Negative experiences due to venue staff, service speed, drink shortages, music selection, or atmosphere

            

It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure all information provided at checkout is accurate and accessible.

4. Event Modifications

13 Festivals reserves the right to modify, relocate, or substitute participating venues, entertainment, or promotional offers at any time without prior notice. Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.

5. Personal Conduct

Guests are expected to comply with all local laws, venue policies, and event rules. Disorderly or unsafe behavior, including intoxication, harassment, or failure to comply with staff instructions, may result in ejection from the event without refund.

6. Force Majeure

No refunds will be issued for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by:

Weather conditions
Acts of God
Government orders or restrictions
Pandemics or public health emergencies
Venue decisions
Other circumstances beyond the control of 13 Festivals

7. Acknowledgment

                By purchasing a ticket or wristband, you acknowledge and accept the following:
                Your ticket is a revocable license to participate, not a guarantee of entry or venue performance
Service level, entertainment, drink availability, and venue atmosphere are not guaranteed
Entry to individual venues is subject to their capacity, policies, and discretion
All sales are final except in the limited circumstances outlined above
13 Festivals may modify event details without obligation for refunds
